Our fleet of Community Outreach Vans travel around the five boroughs, bringing our health plan representatives to local health fairs, events, and community locations. Keep an eye out for our vans in your neighborhood!
*Our community center in Chinatown is also home to the VNS Health Chinatown NNORC (Neighborhood Naturally Occurring Retirement Community). The Chinatown NNORC helps people who are 60 years or older and live in a 24-block area of Chinatown.
