Our network is growing to better serve our members. 

• Network Expansion: To provide our members with more convenient after-hours care options and reduce the use of emergency rooms for urgent care needs, we’ve added over 50 urgent care facilities in our Health Plans service areas. 

Benefits for Providers: 

• Enhanced Patient Care: Guiding members to appropriate care settings improves outcomes and reduces wait times. 

• Reduced Emergency Room Congestion: Minimizing unnecessary emergency room visits leads to better patient flow. 

Your Role: 

• Member Education: We need your support in helping members understand when to use urgent care services to ensure they receive the right care at the right time. This helps improve overall patient management and reduces strain on emergency services.
