On January 1, 2025, your VNS Health EasyCare (HMO) plan will be getting even better.
Biggest Changes in 2025
- Prescription drugs*
- Pay $0 for most generic prescription drugs!
- If you receive full Extra Help, you will pay $0 for all covered drugs, including brand and specialty.
- Members who do have out-of-pocket costs will have the peace of mind of knowing that they won’t have to pay more than $2,000 for covered prescription drugs in 2025. If you reach that limit, the plan will then pay the full cost of your covered prescription drugs.
- Over-the-counter (OTC) allowance
- Receive $160 per quarter (up to $640 per year). That’s $292 more each year!
- Items will be available at more stores than ever before, or you can order for home delivery.
- Increases in important benefits
- $2500 for dental care. That’s $500 more every year
- $1500 every three years for hearing aids. That’s $500 more every three years.
- $300 per year for eyewear. That’s $100 more every year.
- 20 acupuncture visits. That’s eight more visits every year.
