We have three terrific plans that can cover your needs:
- EasyCare (HMO) – a Medicare Advantage plan. Extra Help lowers prescription drug costs for people who qualify.
- EasyCare Plus (HMO D-SNP) – a Medicare Advantage plan for people with Medicaid.
- Total (HMO D-SNP) – brings together Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) into one easy-to-use plan. This plan helps you live safely in the comfort of your home.
